A studio apartment on the 5th floor (accessible by elevator or staircase), is suitable for 2 people and is fully furnished; living room with a seat that can be converted into double bed, kitchenette, hallway and bathroom with shower.

In the apartment is also available: radio,Tv, internet/wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, vitroceramid cooking plate, toaster, air conditioning and a terrace with garden furniture.

Rental price 2024

The minimum rental period is 5 nights* , renting is during the season  € 45  a night.  
* You can also hire fewer days, but there are still 5 nights charged.

Included in the rental price:
- Cleaning.**
- Bed linen / towels / kitchen towels.
- Use of private pool, sun loungers at pool.

- 24h. security service of the complex.

** For those who stay longer than 7 days, you get a mid-weel cleaning  after the first week + change of linen and towels.

Arrival Departure:
On arrival you can from 15:00 pm in the apartment.
On departure day you must be no later than 11:00 pm to leave the apartment.
(Luggage, you can leave it by the security service until leaving for the airport)

It's no problem to arrive late or at night, the keys are always organized by our contact person.

Suitability:
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside, only on balcony.
- No pets
- Children are welcome.
